12. FICA Compliance As attorneys, Meiring Attorneys is an accountable institution under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 38 of 2001 (“FICA”). We are required to collect and retain certain client information and to report suspicious transactions. Any queries regarding our FICA obligations may be directed to our offices.
